| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to investigate how experience of childcare volunteer affect the emotion of following internship and childcare employment. We conducted questionnaire survey to 139 junior college students in the department of early childhood education and care about content and quantity of their volunteer activities, motives of entrance into college, and motivation and anxiety for internship and future childcare employment. Results showed that majority of students were highly motivated for volunteer and felt effectiveness from the volunteer experience. Results from hierarchical multiple regression analysis showed that motivation for internship and future childcare employment were explained by both motive of entrance into college, which intend professional training, and volunteer experience, although, anxiety for internship was explained only by motive of entrance into college. These results suggests that the importance of prior learning through volunteer experience before internship and employment and of guidance for students who have low motivation for future childcare employment to prepare internship program. | |||||||||||||||||
