Research，J-STAGE，メディカルオンラインを用い，キーワード「ノンテクニカルスキル」について 2017 年から 2022 年までの文献を検索した。分析は各文献からノンテクニカルスキルの概念を抽出し，教育方法と評価についてカテゴリ化した。\n結　果：ノンテクニカルスキル教育に関する研究の動向としてコミュニケーションやチームワーク，リーダーシップなどの概念が抽出された。また，教育方法と評価として「インシデント報告による課題抽出」「多職種における評価」「手術症例における影響と効果」「体験学習による学習効果」「研修を通したスキル獲得の実践」のカテゴリが生成された。\n結　論：臨床実践におけるノンテクニカルスキルについて，インシデント報告の活用やシミュレーション教育を通し臨床実践において多職種間で学習することで，チーム医療に必要な総合的なスキルを向上させていく教育が課題であると示唆された。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"常磐大学看護学部","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"},{"subitem_publisher":"Tokiwa
